Owner Barbara Booth has over 30 years experience in the industry. She opened her first spa in Sherman in 1983 and after 10 years she moved on to L'Oreal, where she was able to share her passion for skincare from L. A. to Washington D.C. from Las Vegas to Florida.
After 14 years she brought the knowledge and her experience home and opened Serenity Day Spa. Not only does Barbara give a Wonderful relaxing facial she has also saved a nose or two by early detection of skin cancer.
Barbara is famous for her Facial Massage that includes chest, shoulder, neck and face. Many say she is the BEST they have had!
Massage Therapist Brian Booth is not only trained in theraputic massages, hot stone massages but in Power Golf Therapy. Brian trained at the Neuromuscular Performance Institute in Scottsdale Arizona. Brian is one on only two therapist in the state of Texas who has been trained in Swing Flex Power Golf Therapy.

Sanitation- We take it Seriously!
At Serenity we take sanitation seriously. We clean with a hospital grade disinfectant. Our implements are cleaned in a hospital grade disinfectant.
Implements are then Sterilized with an Autoclave. This is the same thing a hopitals and surgeons use to clean surgical equipment. We use individual, sanitary doses of physiotherapeutic spa grade paraffin boots and gloves.
No Double Dipping! We do not double dip when waxing, once a wax stick goes in the wax pot and on your skin it is disposed of. At Serenity we stongly believe in good sanitation and sterilization procedures, YOUR health is worth it!
